Here are some resources that have helped me on my journey to being brave. I am hoping some of this supports can also be helpful to you.

  • What is EMDR? helps will understanding the EMDR treatment.

  • San Diego Public Libraries. Great resource to always have at the ready to help with free classes, expanding your personal education, and connection with your community.

  • Gottman Institute. This is a great resources for couples treatment. If you sign up for their “Marriage Minutes” its a good reminder of how to “turn towards” your partner.

  • Mindfulness App. To help with everyday stress a nice reminder to put on your personal device to “slow down” and “take a deep breath”.

  • ADDitude, very helpful resource for understanding a partner, child, family member, or friend who has ADD/ADHD.

  • Healthy Coping Skills. This sheet list a number of healthy coping skills to help us remember what we can do to be brave.

  • The Four Horseman. Good resource to understanding our partner and how better to connect to them.
