Here are some resources that have helped me on my journey to being brave. I am hoping some of this supports can also be helpful to you.
What is EMDR? helps will understanding the EMDR treatment.
San Diego Public Libraries. Great resource to always have at the ready to help with free classes, expanding your personal education, and connection with your community.
Gottman Institute. This is a great resources for couples treatment. If you sign up for their “Marriage Minutes” its a good reminder of how to “turn towards” your partner.
Mindfulness App. To help with everyday stress a nice reminder to put on your personal device to “slow down” and “take a deep breath”.
ADDitude, very helpful resource for understanding a partner, child, family member, or friend who has ADD/ADHD.
Healthy Coping Skills. This sheet list a number of healthy coping skills to help us remember what we can do to be brave.
The Four Horseman. Good resource to understanding our partner and how better to connect to them.
